Refund policy

Grit Cycles offers a 30 day return period for all new items. To qualify for a return, products must be in new condition and in the original packaging and never installed.

For standard returns, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs. You can either choose to ship the item directly to us at your preferred carrier, return to our retail location in Bellingham, WA, or purchase a printable return label through us. 

To set up a return, please email gritcycles@gmail.com and include the following information:

1. Purchase order number
2. Product number that you'd like to return
3. Your desired method of shipment (printable return label, in person, or ship it yourself)
